Birth of the workshop

By creating a new workshop a few kilometers from the original headquarters of Espaly-Saint-Marcel, not far from Puy-en-Velay, Maison Thevenon is adding a new episode to its history and thus making a real return to its roots.

A publisher above all, the Haute-Loire brand which was founded in 1908 has a manufacturing workshop where lines of high-end finished products are produced. Located on a plot of land of one hectare, the production site, a black building with clean lines of two thousand square meters, is equipped with ultra-modern machines manufactured in Holland, thus emphasizing the link between craftsmanship and cutting-edge engineering.

“It was a matter of relocating our manufacturing lines to the same production site, some of which are located abroad,” continues Vincent Thevenon, “and in particular in a region which already hosts workshops and factories of major French luxury brands. And through this, we highlight our know-how in order to personalize the manufacturing, control the quality, be more responsive in terms of requests, and respond to orders from other fabric houses. »

“Our passionate seamstresses use traditional methods and benefit from the latest generation of engineering tools”
